Frequently Asked Questions.
Getting Started.
-
We work with independent dealerships, franchise stores, and dealer groups looking for a consistent, professional approach to inventory photography.
Whether you're managing a single rooftop or multiple locations, our process is designed to fit your operation.
-
We primarily serve dealerships throughout New York's Capital Region and surrounding areas.
If you're outside our normal service area, contact us—we're happy to discuss your needs.
-
Simply reach out through our inquiry form, email, or phone.
We'll learn about your dealership, discuss your inventory workflow, and recommend a service plan that fits your operation.
-
This can range from 48 hours to a couple of weeks depends on schedules, services needed and your location, but we always strive to get new dealerships onboarded as quickly as possible.
We'll work with you to establish a schedule that keeps your inventory moving.
The Photography Process.
-
We arrive at your dealership, work efficiently with your team's workflow to minimize interruptions and photograph the vehicles you've prepared.
Once complete, we communicate what’s been completed and deliver media according to your service plan.
-
Vehicles should be cleaned, have more than 0 Miles To Empty, and be considered frontline ready.
Removing window stickers, decals or other items that shouldn't appear in photos helps us work more efficiently and ensures the best possible presentation.
-
No problem. We have two options.
We simply photograph the vehicles that are ready and work with your team to maintain an efficient workflow.
Or, we can still shoot the vehicle and then re-shoot specific shots when the vehicle is completed.
Flexibility is part of our process.
-
Weather is always considered when scheduling, unless we’re shooting indoors.
Depending on conditions, we'll either adjust the schedule or work with you to determine the best solution while maintaining the quality standards your inventory deserves.
-
It depends on the type of vehicle and the services selected, but our process is designed to balance efficiency with consistent, professional results.
Actually shooting the vehicle is the quick part. This can take anywhere from 8 to 20 minutes.
Coordinating with staff, finding keys, and positioning each vehicle correctly takes the most time.
Delivery & Workflow.
-
In almost all cases, dealerships receive their media within hours depending on service plan, volume and scheduling.
In rare instances where this can’t be completed, they’ll be delivered within 24 hours.
-
This also depends on your service plan.
Photos are either uploaded directly immediately after completion or delivered digitally in an organized format that's easy to access and upload into your inventory management system.
-
Yes.
We offer upload options for many dealership inventory platforms. We'll discuss your current workflow during onboarding to determine the best solution.
-
Absolutely.
Every dealership operates differently, so our process is designed to integrate with your existing operation—not disrupt it.
-
Yes.
We understand every dealership has different priorities, inventory volume, and merchandising standards.
We'll tailor our service to fit your needs whenever possible.
-
We help reduce the time between vehicle arrival and online listing by providing a consistent, dependable photography process that fits into your dealership's workflow.
From efficient scheduling and same-day photo delivery to organized file management and optional inventory uploads, our goal is to eliminate bottlenecks so your team can merchandise vehicles quickly and consistently.
The result is inventory that reaches potential buyers sooner without sacrificing the quality of its presentation.
Pricing & Scheduling.
-
Nope! We’ll shoot 1 vehicle if you need.
We do have volume discounts but we’ll agree on the best option during your consultation.
-
Volume discounts start with 4 or more cars in a given visit.
Specific pricing will depend on inventory volume, media and recurring service needs.
-
We offer flexible scheduling based on your inventory volume and operational needs, from daily visits to custom schedules and on demand requirements.
-
That's completely normal. Our scheduling is designed to adapt to the changing needs of a dealership.
Quality & Results.
-
Consistent photography creates a professional appearance across your inventory, strengthens your dealership's online presence, and gives buyers confidence as they browse your listings.
Ultimately, allowing your dealership to sell more units at a faster rate.
-
We believe dealerships shouldn't have to choose between the two.
Our process is built to deliver the highest level of quality that makes sense within a dealership's inventory workflow, helping you get vehicles online quickly without compromising presentation.
-
Your staff's time is valuable.
By outsourcing inventory photography to a dedicated partner, your team can stay focused on sales, customer service, and dealership operations while maintaining a consistent, professional presentation across every vehicle.
-
We don't simply provide vehicle photography—we provide a dependable merchandising process.
Our focus is on helping dealerships streamline inventory operations, reduce delays, and maintain consistent, high-quality vehicle presentation that supports faster time to market.
-
A consistent process means less time coordinating photography, fewer delays getting inventory online, and a more professional presentation across every listing.
That allows your team to focus on selling vehicles while we help keep your inventory moving.
-
Because speed alone doesn't help a dealership.
Poor-quality photos create inconsistent listings, require rework, and weaken a buyer's first impression.
Our process is designed to balance efficiency with professional presentation, delivering the highest level of quality that makes sense within a dealership's inventory workflow.
-
Our weekly inventory presentation audit is designed to help your dealership maintain a consistent online presentation, without adding more work to your plate.
We review your live inventory to identify missing photos, inconsistent image quality, incorrect photo sequences, and vehicles that may not meet your dealership's merchandising standards.
If we find issues, we document them and work with your team to ensure they are corrected quickly.
It's another way we help keep your inventory presentation consistent long after the photos have been delivered.
